I've not posted anything for a while, but I've been scribbling away in the background just about daily.
I thought it might be a good idea to see how far I've come drawing wise, so I decided to re-visit a drawing I did about a year ago.
At the time I was working away feverishly over portraits, but as my good friend and work mate constantly pointed out, my proportions were all wrong.
It's something I've been working to rectify and I know I'm not entirely out of the woods yet, but after viewing and copying many tutorials, and a couple of Hogarth books later, I think I've improved a bit.
I intend to re-do some, (if not all... except my nemesis... Ms Munroe), of last year's portraits to see how they have come on.
